Aftercare Instructions (Client Responsibility) For best results, I agree to follow the instructions below for 24–48 hours after my service: Avoid getting lashes wet (no swimming, sweating, steam, or washing the eye area) Do not apply mascara or eyelash products Avoid rubbing or touching the eye area Sleep on your back if possible to avoid lash distortion Avoid oil-based products on or around the eyes Liability Waiver & Photo Release I release BR Beauty & Spa and its staff from liability for any reaction, irritation, or undesired result from the lash lift and/or tint service. I acknowledge that no refunds will be given once the service has been performed. I have been given the opportunity to ask questions and fully understand the procedure and aftercare. I understand the results are not guaranteed and may vary based on my lash health and care. Potential Risks & Reactions I understand that although rare, the procedure may involve risks or side effects, including: Eye irritation or redness Allergic reaction to the tint or lifting solution Dry or brittle lashes Uneven results or premature lash shedding If any irritation occurs, I will rinse my eyes with water and seek medical attention if needed. Client Consent & Acknowledgment I understand and agree to the following: The lash lift and tint procedure involves applying a lifting and tinting solution to my natural lashes. The results typically last 6–8 weeks, depending on my natural lash cycle, lifestyle, and aftercare. I must keep my lashes dry and free from steam, makeup, and oils for 24–48 hours after treatment. I understand that individual results may vary, and touch-ups are not guaranteed or included. The tint color may fade gradually over time depending on skincare, sun exposure, or cleansing products used. Non-Refundable Deposit Consent: Please read and check the box below. The undersigned, hereby agree to pay BR Brows + Beauty the amount of 50.00 as a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT in order to book for Spa Services. The undersigned, acknowledges, understands, and agrees that if he/she chooses to cancel said appointment at any point in time after making said deposit, THAT ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS MADE TO THAT POINT SHALL BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUND OFFERED.
