We value your time and trust, and we want you to have the best experience possible. Please take a moment to review our policies below. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service or product, or signing up for text alerts, you agree to these Terms & Services.

Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person.

A valid credit card may be required to reserve your appointment.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.

Cancellations & No-Shows

24–48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within less than the required time may be charged 50–100% of the service price.

No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Deposits & Payments

Certain services (permanent makeup, tattoos, spa packages, etc.) require a non-refundable deposit.

Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds & Returns

All services are non-refundable. If you have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours.

Client Responsibility & Consent

Please inform us of any allergies, medications, or medical conditions before your appointment.

Consent forms are required for permanent makeup, tattoos, and certain advanced treatments.

We reserve the right to decline service if it may not be safe or suitable.

Health & Safety

We follow strict sanitation and disinfection protocols in line with Massachusetts regulations.

If you are sick or experiencing symptoms, please reschedule your visit.

Age Restrictions

All services are for clients 18 years and older only.

Children under 18 are not permitted in the spa or salon.

Liability & Aftercare

Results may vary. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by withheld medical information, failure to follow pre/post-treatment instructions, or neglect of aftercare.

Some services (such as permanent makeup or advanced facials) may require multiple sessions for best results.

Gift Cards, Packages & Promotions

Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and must be used before the expiration date (if applicable).

Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless noted.

Privacy & Client Information

Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for booking, communication, and service purposes.

We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
